In tropical areas, syrups (sharbats) are used to give instant energy to the body when it gets dehydrated in hot and dry weather and to keep the body temperature at a desired level. They are also used to entertain guests. Instead of using essences and harmful chemicals, we use natural pulp, extracts and juices of fruits, flowers and fragrant parts of plants.
